Here you will find standing full body workouts using a chair or a ballet bar.

Standing Fusions
  • Summer Ready- Chair Fusion No equipment

  • Ballet Fusion 4

    You will need a ballet bar (or a chair), some light weight hand weights (around 1 kilo) and small ankle weights (around 0.6 kilo)

  • Chair Fusion 12

    Hand weights: 3lb or 1.5 kilo
    Ankle weights (optional): 1.5 lb or 0.6 kilo

  • Ballet Fusion 23

    No equipment, just a bar or a high chair.
    Very little cueing in this session, so try to observe, follow along and do more than once to find your flow.
    This routine is amazing to lift, firm and sculpt the lowe body (including abs)

  • Chair fusion 10(with a theraband 30min )

    You will need a theraband and a chair

  • Chair Fusion 18 - Full Body.

    I excuse myself for the annoying flare- it was so sunny. I am looking into something to fix asap on sunny days.
    No kneeling, low impact cardio. Optional 2 sets of ankle weights:
    1.0 lbs on each wrist and 1.5 lbs on each ankle.

  • Summer Ready- Chair Fusion 8

    You will only need a chair. Since I am on vacay it is a very casual filming, with no mics and very little talking. I hope you enjoy it and even more so, enjoy your summer ☀️

  • Chair Fusion 11 - Full body

    Equipment will be only necessary for the last 10 min of the class. You may skip that if you are traveling or do not have equipment. Small hand weights (1 kilo) and small ankle weights (o.5 kilo each). It is a very challenging class, so practice more than once. I love this one. Hope you do too.

  • Summer Ready- Chair Fusion + Broomstick

    You’ll just need a broomstick and a chair. This workout will target your whole body, will create mobility, lengthen and sculpt.

  • Chair Fusion 24 ( Full Body, Calorie burning)

    Equipment: One chair, place a firm mat under it or just make sure the chair does not slide. Learn how to move around it. That will activate your brain. Please use half kilo ankle weights ( no more).

    You will need:

    One ballet bar or high chair/ 3 lbs hand weights

  • Chair Fusion 7 (full body with cardio)

    You will need 1.5lbs ankle weights, 2lbs hand weights and a chair.
    This session is about endurance, lots of reps, slow reps and a boost of cardio at the end.
    Enjoy it, practice it and have fun with it.

  • Chair Fusion 5 ( focused on thighs and opening chest)

    Use 1.5lbs ankle weights or 0.6 kilo
