In Swan by Carolina, the Tone and Fusion workouts are thoughtfully crafted to bring both strength and grace to your movement practice, uniting power with a sense of flow.

TONE Workouts
The TONE sessions are designed to build deep, sustainable muscle strength while enhancing your body’s resilience and stability. Through controlled, intentional movements, Tone workouts use light to moderate weights, focusing on muscular endurance, balance, and core engagement. These workouts aim to strengthen not just your muscles, but also your connection to your body, leaving you feeling energized and empowered.

FUSION Workouts
FUSION workouts are all about blending different styles—drawing from yoga, pilates, calisthenics, and ballet to create a harmonious, full-body experience. Each Fusion session flows from one movement to the next, focusing on breath, alignment, and a graceful rhythm that makes the workout feel like a moving meditation. The goal is to bring out a sense of lightness and fluidity while strengthening both body and mind.

Together, TONE and FUSIONS workouts offer a balanced approach that meets you wherever you are, transforming both the inner and outer self. Whether you’re building muscle, enhancing flexibility, or finding inner peace, Swan’s approach nurtures a deeper connection to your body, bringing joy, elegance, and strength to every movement.

In the FLOW sessions on Swan, you’ll be guided through a graceful, uninterrupted sequence where movement, breath, and presence unite. I cue minimally, allowing you the space to fully immerse yourself in the experience, connect deeply with your body, and let your intuition lead the way.

Set to soothing, carefully selected music, these sessions are designed to awaken your senses, calm your mind, and create a deeper connection with your soul. The goal is to move with intention, find a rhythm that feels uniquely yours, and leave each session feeling centered, uplifted, and reconnected to yourself. Use these FLOWS to calm your mind and awaken an inner connection.

The COMBINE It folders on the Swan app are designed to give you the flexibility to mix and match workouts based on your needs, energy, and goals for the day. These folders contain curated workout options that you can blend together for a personalized experience—whether you want to focus on strength, balance, stretching, or a burst of energy.

Here, you’ll find a range of sessions that complement one another, allowing you to craft a routine that aligns with your mood and fitness goals. You can create longer workouts or keep things short and effective, depending on how you’re feeling. Enjoy the freedom to play around, explore different combinations, and create a practice that works just for you!
