COMBINE IT
Within this folder, you’ll find Swan’s popular “Combine” workouts—a collection of quick, targeted, and highly effective sessions designed to sculpt and refine your body with precision. Explore a variety of routines that incorporate diverse equipment to keep your fitness journey fun, varied, and deeply engaging. You can do these routines separately, alternating it with the assigned Tone of the week or you can combine them with any other routine on the Swan app.

Combine it- Trampoline burn and sculpt

Combine it - Full body 16 min ( with my mini me)
Use 0.5 ankle weights for ankles and hands.

Combine it- Glute Floor Work
Heavy 3lb weights each on ankles.

Combine it Core 15 minutes
No equipment needed.

Combine it- Full Body with dumbbell and resistance band

Combine it- Glutes and Legs ( Heavy weights)
You will need 2 weights of 3 kilos each

Combine it- Chair with elastic band (to be combined with any chair fusion)
The lightning is bad on this one, apologies for that.

Combine it- Arm Workout
You will need 3 lbs hand weights (or 1.5 kilo hand weights)

Combine it- Lower Body and balance with a stick.
You will need a mat and a broom stick or mobility poll.

Combine it- Standing Mobility Stick Routine (Full Body)
Full Body workout mobility routine. No weights needed. Use a broomstick or a mobility stick. Use this routine to release and work on your stability muscles.

Combine it- Floor work, mobility and strength using a broomstick
Pole ( I am using a broom stick)and small ankle weights. Please let me know how much you like these kind of short sessions with the pole 💓

Combine it- 10min Full Body Pole
You may use a yoga stick or a broomstick. We are working on our strength, mobility and balance on this session. You may do this session combined with some arms or any cardio and call it a day! :-)
