Weekly Planned Schedule
Please follow the workouts as assigned each day to experience the best results. When you see two workouts scheduled on the same day (such as a Chair or a Tone), simply choose the one that feels right for you.
If there’s a Tone and a short workout on the same day, feel free to either complete one on its own or combine both if you’re feeling up for it. The key is always tuning in with yourself, listening to your body, and honoring your energy.
