Here you will find standing full body workouts using a chair or a ballet bar.

Combine it- Full Body - no equipment
You will need some kind of support, a chair/ Stool or bar. No equipment needed. Keep in mind this is a raw filming.

Chair Fusion 34 (Weights)
Equipment: Chair.
Optional : 1.5 lbs ankle weights -
Chair Fusion 33- No equipment
No equipment. Just a chair.

Chair Fusion 32 - Full Body with a rebounder
You will need a chair, 3 lbs ankle weights and a rebounder. If you do not have a rebounder just freely jump around or skip it.

Chair Fusion 33- No equipment, lower body /cardio

Chair Fusion 31- Full Body (Weights and Block)
Equipment optional: One yoga block, Two 3 lbs hand weights or less and one pair of 1.5 lbs ankle weights.
Grab a chair and a mat. This Chair Fusion contains kneeling on the floor by the second half of the class.

You will need a ballet bar or a high chair.

You will need 1.5 lbs ankle weights and 3 lbs hand weights (But it is completely optional) -
