This version goes slightly faster, move to your own pace and follow the cues. Focus on your movement, and your breath. Flow with intention and do not get discouraged.

Equipment is optional in foundations. If you want to spice it up, add:
3 lb hand weights ( or 1.5 kilo hand weight)
1.5 lb ankle weights (or 0.5 kilo) eachPractice this one until you are able to flow naturally with me. Then you may jump to assigned Tone Light
