You will need:
3 lbs hand weights / 1.5 ankle weights (The weights are optional and you can always start your first practice without weights and then add them on as you progress) . I would advice that you do NOT use your hand weights to support yourself, as I am doing towards the first part of the practice during the Tone. It will feel better fi you position yourself on your hands.
