For best results, watch all talks on the folder and choose the Tone to practice/ combine with a shorter session on days when you have extra energy. Do not rush through it and practice with love.

Foundations 10- Full Body (with sequences of a Tone)
Equipment is optional in foundations. If you want to spice it up, add:
3 lb hand weights ( or 1.5 kilo hand weight)
1.5 lb ankle weights (or 0.5 kilo) eachPractice this one until you are able to flow naturally with me. Then you may jump to assigned Tone Light

Heavy 3lb weights each on ankles.
