Hi Carolina! I'm so excited for your start fresh program! My question is: Can I jump right in if I haven't done all of the introduction to the Swan beginner workouts? I've done some and have also just done your 5 minutes a day commitment series. Thank you so much for putting all of this together. You’re absolutely welcome to jump in! Since you’ve already done some of the beginner workouts and committed to the 5-minutes-a-day series, you’re in a great place to start. Just keep in mind, to get the full benefit, try to commit to 6-7 days of movement each week, even if some days are lighter. The consistency is key—it keeps your body building strength and resilience day by day.
Stay with it, and know that you’re already doing amazing work. You’ve got this!
