what size hand weights is Carolina using? im guessing 2 or 3 lb

I think it's mainly 3lb, but now she started using 4lb, but just for 5 minutes, then she moves back to 3lb. I started with 2 lb, and then moved to 3lb. 4 lb is too much for me... I am over 50 and feel my lower back with higher weights..
