Hi! I'm brand new. I understand we are starting with the Tone workout, but I see Progressions as well. Can you explain what these are please? Thanks!

Progressions are basically the natural progression of the Tone ( for advanced and very little cues)- meant to be done after a few practices of the regular Tone
