Which apple watch exercise are people using to track workouts? Or is using anything recommended? I was thinking of functional training, mixed cardio, pilates, or just "other".

I use HIIT. A 50-ish minute workout seems to burn about 300cal for me. It's more high-intensity than my usual Pilates, but mixed cardio could certainly work.
