I am new to your platform. I am trying out your workouts and was wondering what you would suggest for weight loss/toning. I am 30 lbs overweight, and nothing has worked. I am working on my nutrition, trying to follow intuitive eating and listening to my body. I am almost 50, and losing weight is so tough. Would you suggest adding cardio (rebounding, which I love so much, and I was very excited to see you offer it!!) to do along with the daily Tone Light? Or how would I add in the cardio if weight loss is my goal? I did the Tone Light today, and it was very good; I enjoyed it very much. Thank you! Mariló
