Hi Carolina!
Iβm pretty new on board! I have been trying your workouts for about 10 days. I started from the foundations as you suggested, for 2/3 times, but I admit I also tried a full tone 80 because I was too curious π Is it possible, given the completely new movements for me compared to traditional training methods, to develop pain / inflammation in the lower back? I thought it was just a matter of getting used to the new movements. what do you think? Thank for your answer.
Iβm loving this so much and I hope to improve day by day my performance! π
Hi dear. Yes, this is very normal when you donβt have the correct core activation and you rely on you lower back muscles to pull your leg up. I would say two things:1. Take off weights and work on lifting and activating core for now. 2. Do not lift all the way up and also try to not squeeze your lumbar spine. Neutral spine all the way. Keep going you will get stronger π€π€π€
