Hi, love your workouts! Was following your videos before, then I switched to focusing on in-person yoga classes for a while, and now that I'm in my early stages of pregnancy I want to switch back to a mix so I can better prepare for what lays ahead. I know the type of exercising you do (pilates, yoga, some light cardio, etc) is generally advised during pregnancy and I know your classes well enough to know they'll fit the bill perfectly - my question is whether, from your perspective, there are any types of exercises from your classes that would be best for me to avoid? And don't worry, I'll (always) listen to my body first and follow the advice of my doctor :) Thank you!
