Hi everyone! :) I'd love to hear about your experience if you're willing to share! I think I made a mistake. I changed up my programming and was doing other workouts with my son for several months. I absolutely love that time with him! However, my body is taking on a different shape. My clothes are snug, I feel puffy/swollen, and I just feel off. I'd like to come back to Carolina's classes and am really hoping I can lean out/slim back down. Overall my goal is to be healthy and strong. Although I'd be so happy if my favorite jeans and pants fit me again (which I can't even wear right now :( )! Thank you for any tips. xxx :)

Thank you so much Carolina!! I was thinking of doing Tone 3-4 days per week, Flow 2 times, and perhaps add a Combine It to = 6 days per week. I definitely keep one solid rest day to walk outside and recoup. I have to admit I was excited to see your Step workout (I'm 47 and was a step workout queen with my Kathy Smith and The Firm VHS tapes then DVDs LOL!!). Do you think that will be good plan? I really appreciate your help! XXX :)
