Green beans and chickpeas
To make a batch:
You’ll need 500gr of green beans
2/3 cups of fresh chickpeas ( boil and then bake with oil and turmeric for extra crunch)
1 sliced fennel
Crumbled goat cheese
Seeds
( combine with boiled egg or prawns) -
The Colorful Chickpea Bowl (less then 10 min)
Make sure you roast the chickpeas on the airfryer or oven, for 5/10min (until roasted). Previously seasoned with turmeric, oil and paprika powder.

Chickpea Prebiotic Salad
Prebiotic salad ingredients:
2 handfuls of arugula
Half cup fresh chickpeas
Half purple sliced onion
1tbsp sliced almonds
1tbsp sliced coconut
Half cup chopped celery with leaves
1tbsp green olives
Dress with lemon & pinch of salt & extra virgin olive oil
