Obsessed - so good! Really love this program. Carolina is a gorgeous teacher. Body weight. Just started SWAN. I quit my membership to a local gym where I was doing Reformer Pilates. There was not enough movement in my body going on, and I am a dancer, so I am loving these swan routines, and all of the movement and flow and using one’s own body weight is the best way to work out!
