Hey beautiful soul,
Thanks so much for stopping by and taking the time to read a little bit about me. I’m Carolina — Spanish, born and raised in the beautiful city of Madrid. Mom of 2 beauties and happily married for 16 years with the best man. We have lived in several countries during these 12 years and have created fond memories. Since I can remember I’ve been drawn to beauty in all its forms and I have also felt a deep calling to help others feel their best — inside and out.
I’ve always been endlessly curious about the mind — how it works, how it shapes our reality — and by the time I was in high school, I knew I wanted to study psychology. I followed that path and completed my BA at Richmond University, later going on to do a master’s in Early Years Education.
When my dad was diagnosed with dementia while I was still quite young, everything shifted. That experience lit a fire in me. I felt I owed it to him — and to myself — to dive deeper into understanding how we age, how we live, and how we can care for our brains and bodies in a more intentional way.
At that time, the wellness industry was mostly focused on physical appearance — workouts were all about getting thinner, looking a certain way — but no one was talking about the mind. No one was talking about health. I saw the gap, and I knew I wanted to be part of the change.
So I got certified through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN) and began working one-on-one with women around the world, helping them transform not just how they ate or moved, but how they lived. Still, I felt the pull to reach more people — to share not only my knowledge, but the lifestyle I so deeply believed in.
I became certified in yoga with my dear mentor Marcos Jassan, and in Pilates with Josie McKenlay. To truly understand the way movement could unlock emotion, freedom, and strength, I studied creative sequencing, anatomy, and the neuroanatomy of movement with incredible teachers from all over the world.
After years of studying, practicing, and pouring my heart into this work — Swan was born.
Swan is more than just movement. It’s a lifestyle. A philosophy. A sacred little universe that I’ve built with so much love. It’s about mobility, flexibility, strength — but above all, it’s about your mind. Your essence. Your inner world. I didn’t want to create another workout — I wanted to create a way of living that is holistic, sustainable, powerful, and magical.
That is Swan. And I’m so grateful you’re here.
I truly believe this journey we’re about to take together will be one of the most transformative — and beautiful — of your life.
With all my love,
Carolina
