Equipment is optional in foundations. If you want to spice it up, add:
3 lb hand weights ( or 1.5 kilo hand weight)
1.5 lb ankle weights (or 0.5 kilo) each
Practice this one until you are able to flow naturally with me. Then you may jump to assigned Tone Light
